Complaints Procedure
COMPLAINTS AND STANDARDS
We hope that you never have recourse to complain about the standards of service received from Okeford Veterinary Centre Ltd. However, if you feel that there is any aspect of our service that you are unhappy about, please direct your comments in the first instance to our Practice Manager, or a senior veterinary surgeon.
No agent or person employed by, or under contract with, the practice has the authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way. If we need to make changes or additions to them after today’s date, we will be entitled to do so provided that we use all reasonable efforts to bring the changes or additions to our clients’ attention.
